Practice vinyasa inspired movement for strength, stability and energising. Or enjoy slower, mindful movement, Yin Yoga and guided relaxation for calm, de-stressing and befriending stillness. The Sanctuary offers both Yin & Yang.

This membership enables you to access a full library of practices, with new content added by Laura monthly. You can access whenever you feel like rolling out your mat, or popping your earphones in, wherever you are in the world.
