  • Laura offers public classes around the Dungannon ~ Cookstown area. Online classes and offerings are also available.

  • Private 1:1s are tailored to your specific needs. Yoga can be used as a tool to help you restore balance in both body and mind. Packages are offered in 4, 6 and 8 week journeys.

  • Laura runs monthly gatherings & workshops, women’s circles and Yoga in Nature. She is also available for private retreat facilitation.

  • Laura offers wellness for businesses and community organisations, both in-person and online. Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga packages are tailored to suit group needs.
