Hi i’m Laura!

A little about me.

I’m a Yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher (& student), with a big passion for women’s wellness.

What lights me up is guiding you back to the wisdom of your body, so you can live from the inside-out (rather than driven by the demands of the outside world), ditch the overwhelm, reclaim Rest, and become calm, confident and led by your own inner intuition and power.

My background began in Early Childhood Education, but my true passion was sparked after I took my first Yoga class in Thailand 2015, and immediately was hooked. I wanted to bottle up the feeling I had leaving that studio!

Since then, i’ve been an eager student, travelling for many years soaking in all things Yoga and it’s links to neuroscience, the nervous-system, physical, spiritual and holistic wellbeing. Quite quickly I learned that there is enough wisdom in these ancient practices to keep me learning for manyyy lifetimes!

The hand of the Pandemic ushered me back to Ireland again, and getting my toes back on the soil here has been a real blessing. Like many wanderers and spiritual seekers, it took leaving Ireland to come home and appreciate the deep wisdom traditions and ancient spirituality that is weaved through our culture here.

Infact, there is a fascinating & uncanny connection between Irish language and Sanskrit (the language of Yoga), with parallels between systems of law, social hierarchy, spiritual views, and mythology. How cool! Read Manchàn Magans article

Yoga / embodiment practices & Meditation have often felt like hands in the dark for me, an anchor back to myself, and like soothing balm in a busy world. I absolutely Love sharing practices that help us to slow down a little, to connect with the wisdom of our bodies, and to take the reins on our overthinking, over-worrying, protective minds.

Perhaps most of all, I share tools to help you reclaim a deep, inner contentment. A state that already exists underneath all of our external seeking, deep at the core of your truest nature. As the old saying goes: "You are your own Guru, and any answers you seek are already within you."

Each time we show up for ourselves to practice and tune inwards, we move a little closer to that truth.
