It’s hard to explain how wonderful Laura’s classes are to anyone who hasn’t experienced them. The best way I can describe the hour in her company would be, medicine for the mind and body. Total therapy. I cherish the time I spend on the mat with her leading the room. Laura makes you feel so welcome, so at ease and I can feel the stress leaving my body during her teachings. Her focus and care for your well being, nervous system and your breathing techniques is almost closer to a somatic healing , in their ability to ease the stress and anxieties we carry day to day. I have arrived to her classes with a migraine, and left with none. I can not recommend Laura’s practice enough. Age / ‘abilities’ - none of that matters once you are in the room with Laura. She is a caring and gentle reminder of how to listen to your body and mind and I am so grateful for each class!

After lots of hesitation I took the plunge and joined an early morning Hatha yoga class with Laura she made me feel right at home from day one. Since then I’ve joined in both her Hatha and Yin yoga classes. As an ‘older’ yogi my flexibility has changed over time but Laura’s style encourages you to listen to your body and go at your own pace, as a result I’ve never felt the need to compare myself with what others are doing in the room. Tuesday morning Hatha sets me up for the day ahead whilst the evening yin class is made special by Laura’s use of music and verse, you can close your eyes and genuinely be in the moment. So if your wondering if yoga’s for you or apprehensive about joining a class as I was then don’t be I can promise you won’t regret it.

Laura is by FAR the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had! She makes everyone in the room feel so comfortable and at the same time like your the only one there. If you’ve never tried yoga before, after one class with Laura you will be hooked! All testament to her natural teaching ability and infectiously lovely personality! 10/10!

I have been attending Yoga with Laura for approximately 6 months now and it’s my favourite “me time” part of the week. It’s total calmness and stillness of the mind! It’s the reset button in a very busy week. The focus on breath-work is key and all of the poses are taught in such a cool calm easy way. I love when Laura says…. Don’t worry about how it looks, focus on how the pose feels. I spend most of the class with my eyes closed completely zoned out from rest of the world but the highlight of the class for me is the meditation at the end!! It’s the feeling you get just before you fall asleep….. 20 minutes of that bliss!!

Until I began to attend Laura's yoga class I never understood or got the benefits of Yoga. Laura delivers her class in a very calm relaxed and extremely beneficial way. It helps me to take time out from a very busy schedule of managing work and children. It has improved my physical and mental ability to manage stress. Lovely to have the routine and thank you Laura for making it work for me.

As an older practitioner with creaking joints, unbending body and facing limited mobility with hip and knee issues from a football career, practicing with Laura has been transformative. The yoga flow has opened my hip flexors, strengthened my muscles, stabalised my joints and established core balance, whilst also giving an understanding of the body systems and breath work, all in an atmosphere of encouragement and serenity. Laura brings a depth of knowledge, a personable presence and is fully attuned to the needs of her clients. The best hour of my week.

Previous to Yoga with Laura, I’d never even so much as tried to touch my toes. I initially started going for the fitness aspect of yoga, however found that my favourite part about the pay off, was the mental health aspect. With an intuitive, calm and attentive teacher guiding you and never pushing you to the point of feeling uncomfortable, why wouldn’t you choose Yoga with Laura

Laura’s classes are filled with fun and joy. There’s an option for every level and ability and they are truly a welcoming place to practice yoga - whether you’re just starting out or mastering your practice. I leave every class feeling energized and smiling. I couldn’t recommend her as a teacher, or her classes highly enough!
