My approach to classes & offerings is to provide you with a safe sanctuary where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being. I believe that Yoga is not just a form of exercise, but a transformative practice that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this space is here to support you in your exploration of practice.
Yoga, and all of its strands, gifts us the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, and to the boundless potential within. To navigate the complexity of this human experience, tending to our inner-landscapes with compassion + acceptance.

Laura offers public classes around the Dungannon ~ Cookstown area. Online classes and offerings are also available.

Private 1:1s are tailored to your specific needs. Yoga can be used as a tool to help you restore balance in both body and mind. Packages are offered in 4, 6 and 8 week journeys.

Laura runs monthly gatherings & workshops, women’s circles and Yoga in Nature. She is also available for private retreat facilitation.

Laura offers wellness for businesses and community organisations, both in-person and online. Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga packages are tailored to suit group needs.
